Moderator
Manages shared discussion and group-chat spaces, reviews reported private-message excerpts, and can support ordinary memberships. Moderators do not control billing, ownership, account recovery, or unreported direct messages.
Group Admin
Has full shared-group access plus local administration of seats, ordinary membership, Moderator roles, continuity, and account recovery. Within the organization workspace, the purchasing Owner manages billing, ownership transfer, and appointment of additional Group Admins; protected Master Admins retain site-level authority.
